CW unit 1 audiences  mainstream vs Niche  mainstream: Aimed towards a mass market the majority of people targeted at a broad way of interests. mainstream apples to lots of different audiences.  Example:  Doctor who   Game of Thrones  Superhero movies Niche: aimed towards a narrow demographic.
