Production roles Unit manager: The unit manager is responsible for the administration of a film or television production. Production runner: A production runner would help wherever they are needed on production. Their responsibility would depend on what the product is assigned. Section 1: Public services broadcasting (PSB) Every house that owns a tv would need a tv listens to watch tv. Costing £150.50 a year. If you are caught without a tv license fee it would cost over £1000.  The money would fund BBC channels radio and websites. ITV are fund from advertising and sponsorship.
